Return and Refund Policy

LOCAL/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

  • All international order(s) may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • Your package is inclusive of local/international taxes or duties during checkout.
  • If your order does require any additional charge, it must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
  • Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.

RETURN OPTION 01: EXCHANGE THROUGH COURIER

Step 01: You can inform us through WhatsApp on 077 0196499 or Facebook Messenger.

Step 02: You must send the package to our warehouse through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with the following details.

Step 03: Once we have received the package, we will deliver your new package for the value of the purchase from the same range.

RETURN OPTION 02: EXCHANGE THROUGH WAREHOUSE

Step 01: Bring the product within 05 days from receiving it to Winsel warehouse along with the invoice you received and the ordered item you wish to exchange.

Step 02: Please contact us at customer service through the above-mentioned numbers and we will arrange a pickup for you.

Step 03: Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores for facilitation and if the exchange product is available, our store staff will process the exchange for you on the spot.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may choose to cancel your order any time before the order is processed & confirm to pay. However, if the order has already been processed & paid, you will receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the ‘Return and Exchange Policy will apply accordingly.

Furthermore, Winsel Babywear holds the right to cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns, suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
